We provide a number of high-quality supported living accommodations, and outreach support within the heart of the Coleshill area. Supported living allows you to live as independently as possible within your own home and learn new skills. Each accommodation has been carefully designed and adapted to achieve independent living. Our most recent new communal space gives tenants and their families a space to relax and socialise. Depending on your needs there is the option for 24/7 support, and each resident is assigned a key worker.
Our aim is to ensure you feel safe, and happy in your own home, whilst supporting you to reach a level of independence, giving you every opportunity to live the life you wish.
Our friendly, and dedicated support team are here support you with your everyday needs, whether that’s cooking your favourite meal, arranging medication, or going out in the community.
Our Latest News
On Wednesday 8th November tenants, family, friends and staff gathered at St Vincent’s House in Coleshill to celebrate the opening of their new Adrian Southall communal room. The room is named after a former tenant, Adrian Southall, who sadly died in 2019.
What is Supported Living?
Moving out of your family home and living in your own home or one of our flats.
You may have a mental health condition, learning disability or be autistic.
Staff will support you with everyday tasks, such as medication or cooking.
You will be able to go out in the community.
You can go out with friends.
We have a communal room which you can use. You can invite friends and family.
You will pay your own bills.
Support workers will work with you to meet your needs.
