Chief Executive

Joanne Watters

Joanne Watters began working with us in September 2015, before becoming CEO in June 2024. Her previous role was Head of Community Projects and Development which included Brushstrokes, Tabor Living, Fatima House, Sophia House, and Young at Heart. Along with her team, Joanne also supported several external projects across the Archdiocese.

Head of Finance

Our new Head of Finance is due to take up their post in September 2026.

Ed Brown

Head of Adult Care, Compliance and Development

Ed joined us in January 2019 and together with his strong management team is responsible for our St. Joseph’s Care Home, St. Catherines Bungalow’s, Domiciliary Care accommodation and our Coleshill Day Services.

Hardeep Brayna (MCIPD)

Head of Human Resources

Hardeep began working for Father Hudson’s Caritas in January 2020. Hardeep and her department are responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations and all other aspects of human resources across the organisation.

Kevin Hateley

Head of Fundraising, Communications and Marketing

Kevin joined Father Hudson’s Caritas in September 2022. His department are tasked with generating additional income, raising the profile and awareness of the work our charity does, via use of our social media channels.

Joanne Walthew

Head of Children and Family Services

Jo came to Father Hudson’s Caritas in August 2016. She manages our New Routes Fostering Agency and our Schools and Family Support Team. Jo also runs our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group. Her team is made up of a number of Social Workers, Support and Administration staff together with a group of very committed Foster Carers.

Shari Brown

Head of Community Projects

Shari came to Father Hudson’s Caritas in July 2024. She looks after our community projects, including Brushstrokes, Tabor Living, Fatima House, Sophia House, and Nicolas Barré House. Shari has worked in the Refugee support and Faith sectors for many years.
