Our Annual Review reflects on and celebrates our year from April 2023 to March 2024. We highlight our achievements, and those of the people and communities we support. We constantly strive to improve our projects and services to better meet the needs of the people we work with. This year we have continued to support people in need across our five themes: Disability; Older People; Homelessness; Refugees, Migrants and Asylum Seekers; and Children and Families.
This year we’ve seen a new home for Tabor Living, a new project in Nicolas Barré House and a new communal room in Domiciliary Care and Supported Living.
