Celebration event

As part of the Creative Lives project, Young at Heart are celebrating our community, by kicking of a community event, Know Your Neighbourhood, this February. The event will have a free buffet lunch, as well as activities such as sing along with the boat band and polymer clay modelling. Come along and join us for what is going to be a fantastic day.

Creative Lives

Creative lives funded four local charities, in order to benefit diverse marginalised older people. Our charity along with The Beth Johnson Foundation, MHA Communities North Staffordshire and North Midlands LGBT Older People’s Group, were all given a unique opportunity to work together, developing a programme to reduce social isolation.
