How do I apply for jobs?
All vacancies can be found via the website and you can filter your search by hours, location, contract type and area of work. You will be able to download an application pack when you click onto each vacancy.
Can I get an alert when you post new jobs?
You can create a vacancy alert and receive an email every time we post a job that matches your search criteria. You can filter your alert by hours, location, contract type and area of work, so you only receive alerts that are relevant to you.
Can I submit a CV?
You are able to submit a CV if you are interested in a role, however, you must fill out an application pack as well.
I have applied, when will I hear back?
There will be more information given in your application pack on when you will hear back.

Is there an age limit for applying for posts?
If you wish to work for us, you need to be 16 years of age or above.
I have A Visa to work in the UK are there any restrictions?
There may be restrictions on how many hours you are able to work and what work you can carry out, depending on the visa you have. When applying for jobs for us, you will need to fill out the right to work information on the application form. We will then need to review relevant evidence and may need to carry out a right to work check online to ensure you are able to work for us.
How long are vacancies open for once advertised?
The timeframe can vary, however typically vacancies are open for 2 weeks. We reserve the right to close vacancies early if we have a sufficient number of applications.
Do you offer work experience, work placement or volunteering opportunities?
We do offer work experience. We do work with some educational establishments whereby work experience has been offered. This is arranged via the relevant educational establishment (school/college etc). You will need to speak to the relevant person in your educational establishment. There is a process that needs to be followed.
Is there a probationary period for new employees?
Yes, there is a probationary period for 6 months during which your performance will be evaluated.
