Hope Community Project is an independent registered Charity seeking out the most vulnerable and isolated members of the community in a disadvantaged area of Wolverhampton. The Project aims to integrate and help build a successful multi-cultural community where the gifts of each individual are recognised and appreciated. It is strongly supported by a partnership between the Infant Jesus Sisters, Father Hudson’s Society and the Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham.

We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to work as part of our well established team, developing family and community life for girls and young women in the Heath Town area.

Support young people and their families to access programmed activities, build positive relationships in safe places to enable them to make positive choices or remove themselves from harm caused by gang activity.

An Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service will be required, if appointed
