St Joseph’s is a well-established modern, bright, purpose-built 59 bed Care home, set in the beautiful stunning Warwickshire countryside, near to the heart of a historic coaching town and very convenient for the Motorway network.  It has an excellent reputation for providing exceptional high quality person centred care.

This is an exciting role to strengthen the support available, providing more visible leadership for residents and their families.  The Senior Care Leader will be hands on, supporting others and making decisions about providing the best life for residents.  You will oversee the wing and the care team ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently.  Assisting with the management and monitoring of the quality of care given and monitoring compliance with CQC requirements.  Level 3 Diploma in adult care is essential.
