Schools' Family Support Team Manager - 30 hours per week across 4 days (3 days would be considered)

Salary: SCP 38 to 44, £ 34,939 Ė £ 40,901.00 per annum (this will be pro-rated for part time hours)

Father Hudson’s Care has an exciting opportunity for someone to join and lead their Schools’ Family Support Team on a permanent basis.

As the School’s Family Support Team Manager you would be responsible for managing a geographically dispersed team of Family Support Workers, and a Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator (currently six members in the team), as they continue to maintain and grow strong relationships with the schools they support.

We are looking for an experienced manager with knowledge and skills to supervise and support the team, able to manage contracts with groups of schools, capable of establishing relationships with existing and new Multi-Academy Companies (MACs) and developing new contracts within these.

The growth of school Multi-Academy Companies provides great opportunities for developing this service.
