Do you have a passion and commitment to working for a charitable organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join Father Hudson’s Care and the Brushstrokes team. Brushstrokes Community Project is an award-winning project delivered through Father Hudson’s Care, founded in partnership with the Infant Jesus Sisters, Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd Sisters and the parish of St Philip Neri, Smethwick. The project is well established with a proven track record in supporting refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Sandwell and surrounding areas.

The ethos of welcoming the stranger is at the core of the Brushstrokes Community Project.  This role will fullty commit to this ethos and promote and adhere to our values, including to show compassion for people, respect for individuals and uphold their dignity, to challenge injustice, to continue to improve quality, to work collaboratively and to work with people's strengths to achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our service users, volunteers, visitors and staff.  With a strong track record of office managements, staff supervision, finance and skills to oversee Brushstrokes facilities, you will help us to continue to develop vital services to refugees, asylum seekers and migrants across Sandwell and West Birmingham.
