Father Hudson’s Care is recruiting to this key post in an organisation responsible for nearly 300 staff. All of the Adult Care staff are based in four services on site - in St Joseph’s Care home, St. Catherine’s bungalows and St Catherine’s Day service- for adults with complex needs, and the St Vincent’s Domiciliary Care and Supported living service. St George’s is the Central Office for all support staff and the base for the New Routes Fostering team, Origins service, and the Family Support team. In the wider area FHC also supports eight Community Projects and their staff teams.

This post requires someone with wide experience. It would be an advantage to have been responsible for staff working in Adult Care services; however such is the diversity of the wider staff team that the most important prerequisite is significant managerial HR expertise.

Your role will be to lead and guide your team to provide all necessary services within the organisation in response to current need and best practice.

CIPD qualified - level 7 or equivalent is required.
