Salary: £19,488 - £20,716 per annum pro rata. 22.5 hours per week (across 3 or 4 days, Tuesday - Friday)

The Family Support project was set up in 2006. Family Support workers engage and work with vulnerable children and their families, providing support to wide ranging issues and concerns that include parental neglect, family breakdown, challenging behaviour, poor peer relationship, poverty, financial hardship, separation and bereavement, poor attendance and school engagement. Father Hudson’s Care currently has 21 schools that receive a family support service and employees 8 family support workers.

You will oversee and maintain databases, monitor, analyse and evaluate the information they hold and produce monthly and quarterly reports/statistics, in a specified format, for the Service Manager, trustees and management. In addition, they will provide administration support to the Family Support Service team, to include preparing resources, attending team meetings, taking minutes and supporting PR activity.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to use Microsoft Excel and develop systems against indicators to measure outcomes. They will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and have due regard for confidentiality and Data Protection legislation.

A Basic Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service is required for the successful applicant (costs met by Father Hudson’s Care).
