We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Care Leader to join our St Joseph’s Residential Care Home for the elderly and people with dementia.

St Joseph’s is a well-established modern, bright, purpose-built 59 bed Care home, set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, near to the heart of a historic coaching town and very convenient for the Motorway network. It has an excellent reputation for providing high quality person centred care.

This is an exciting role to strengthen the support available, providing more visible leadership for our residents and their families.  The Care Leader will be hands on, supporting others and making decisions about providing the best life for our residents.  You will oversee the care team ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently.  Assisting with the management and monitoring of the quality of care given and monitoring compliance with CQC requirements.
