COVID-19 Update from Father Hudsons Care

Parish appeal 2020

On Sunday 27 September, parishes across the Archdiocese held special collections at Mass to raise funds for our work.

Even though many people could not attend in person, they kindly donated online to show support for the people with whom we work. We are grateful for all those who continue to support us through this uncertain time.

The annual appeal is more than just an opportunity for parishes to lend their support, it is also an opportunity to share the work we have achieved thanks to your support. Across our family of charities, we support over 7,ooo people each year through 17 different services. We provide essential support through projects including homelessness, older person's care, learning and physical disabilities, fostering and support for asylum seekers and refugees. We are pleased to share the video below, which captures just some of the highlights of this work from the last year.

As well as support from parishes, we are grateful to the support from individuals, schools, companies and trusts, as well as our invaluable volunteers and staff who make the work possible. Thanks to you, we can continue to be there for vulnerable people.

Thank you.
