Hope not Hunger - Brushstrokes appeal for donations during Lent

Tins of food

Brushstrokes Community Project are appealing for donations of food to help people experiencing great need.

During Lent, they are calling on people to help those who are destitute by tinned and donating non-perishable food as part of their sacrificial giving.

People who come to Brushstrokes for food said:

“We had no food for two days. The whole family with two small children were all hungry.”

“It is really nice to know that someone can help you when you have no money for food”
