Looking for something to do over the summer holiday? Children, young people and families in Heath Town Wolverhampton are welcome to join Hope Community for a series of events over the summer.
Children and young people can take part in three days of activities on the 8, 9 and 10 August, including t-shirt painting and a gaming van among other things. These will take place from 11am – 3pm at the sports pitch at Long Ley, and are a great way to have some fun over the long school break.
On 17 August the whole family is invited to get together with the community at a Family Fun Day, also to be held at Long Ley sports pitch. From 12-4pm there will be music, a barbecue, tombola, games and much more.
The events will offer a great way for parents, children and young people to meet new people and socialise.
And on 24 August families are invited to join a coach trip to Weston Super Mare to enjoy a day by the sea in a town famous for its long, sandy beach, donkey rides and grand pier. The trip costs £10 for adults, £5 for children and will depart from Hope Community at 9am.
