COVID-19 Update from Father Hudsons Care

Free Will writing service launched

Father Hudson’s Care has launched a new Will writing service to coincide with Wills Awareness Month in October. We have partnered with McClure Solicitors and online Will writing experts Farewill, to provide the service to our supporters for free.

During October, Father Hudson’s Care is highlighting the importance of making a Will and the transformational power of leaving a legacy.

Writing a Will enables you to ensure your family and loved ones are taken care of, and it allows you to make clear any other wishes. It is also an opportunity to make a lasting difference to others by leaving a gift to charity.

Andy Quinn, CEO of Father Hudson’s Care, said, “Father Hudson’s was created thanks to a number of small legacies left in Wills in 1902. Now, we support over 7,000 people each year across 17 projects, who are facing a range of adversities. Many of our current projects have benefitted from legacies. They are special gifts that truly make a difference to the people we work with.”

By writing or updating your Will with McClure Solicitors or Farewill, you will have the opportunity to leave a gift towards the continuation and development of the work of Father Hudson’s if you choose to. Leaving a gift to your friends and family should always come first, but you can also help make an incredible contribution to Father Hudson’s work by supporting this campaign.

To find out more about how you can make a lasting gift to others through a gift in your Will, please call Senior Fundraising Officer Ginny Cullen on 01675 434000 or email
