Legacies

Your will lives on

Father Hudson’s Care would probably not exist had John and Emma Poncia not made a Will. Their posthumous gifts allowed Father George Hudson to set up St Edward’s Home in 1906 – and the rest is history.

Legacies are just as important now as they were back then. They ensure the people and institutions you care about, and who may rely upon you, continue to thrive after your passing.

If you have not yet made a Will, or if your Will is out of date, now may be a good time to do something about it. There’s a useful online guide to leaving a legacy on the Remember a Charity website.

Please let us know if you decide to add Father Hudson’s Care to your Will. And if you do, please ensure you use our legal name, Father Hudson’s Society, and our registered charity number, 512992, to avoid any confusion.

Your gift may be used for any aspect of Father Hudson’s Care.
