Young at Heart offers social groups, day trips, help at home and activities to help older people stay happy and healthy, maintain links to their community, meet new people and create lasting friendships.

Father Hudson’s Care reaches out in love and friendship to provide support, advice and care to people who need our help. We offer services to people from all walks of life who are experiencing difficulties.

We don’t see problems or labels, but people with lifetimes of experiences that shape who they are, and ambitions and dreams that guide who they will become. We work with them, understand their past and their vision for the future, and provide support to help them fulfil their goals.

We couldn’t do this without you.

A gift in your Will is one of the most precious gifts you could give. Anyone can leave a gift, no matter how large or small, and every donation will help us care for others. Every gift can help change someone’s world.

While we believe everybody should make a Will, what you put into that Will will be personal to you. It is your Will. It may help you ensure your loved ones are provided for in the future. Many people also choose to support a cause that is close to their hearts. People leave set amounts of money or a percentage of their estate, as well as items including houses, cars and shares.

Leaving a gift in your Will to Father Hudson’s Care can transform lives by enabling us to help people overcome barriers, empowering them to live a full and meaningful life of their choosing.

This special gift could:

Help a disabled person live a fulfilling, independent life
Provide specialist care to older people living with dementia
Support a homeless person to make a fresh start
Help a family experiencing problems to overcome their difficulties, strengthen their relationships, and rebuild their lives together
Provide foster carers with training and support to nurture the young person in their care
Help an older person maintain links with their community and form new friendships, keeping them healthy, independent and happy
Support a destitute migrant to rebuild their life
Help someone separated from their family of origin to trace their history and connect with their birth relatives
Provide someone living in poverty with food and warm clothing.
