Could you volunteer to help children and young people who are living in care?

In general, children and young people living in care do not achieve as well as their peers in education. Our fostering team would like to support young people in thier care to achieve their academic potential, enabling them to continue in education, employment or training. They do this by partnering with high quality volunteers to increase young people’s subject knowledge, study skills and confidence.

We are looking for people interested in tutoring children and young people in care, particularly in maths and English, to help with their education and make a difference to a young person’s prospects.

To find out more about the role, please view the role description below.

To apply, please complete the application form and return it to volunteers@fatherhudsons.org.uk.
