Help older people stay happy, active and well

Older people and those living with various types of dementia find a home from home in St Joseph’s, a residential community in Coleshill, North Warwickshire. And vulnerable older people feel connected, happier and healthier thanks to our Young at Heart project in Stoke-on-Trent.

Each pack contains:

  • A poster about the service to help you raise awareness
  • A customisable poster for your event
  • A customisable Thank You poster to let your supporters know how much they raised
