We are recruiting carers to support older people, including those living with dementia, and adults with complex care needs. Working in the adult care team in Coleshill, you’ll enable clients to maximise their independence and live life on their terms.

There are a range of roles and shift patterns available.

You’ll need to be caring, compassionate and committed to empowering clients to achieve their ambitions and lead full and happy lives.

Formal training or experience isn’t necessary—if you have lived experience by caring for a family member, friend or neighbour we would be happy to hear from you.

You are welcome to bring your CV with you, but this isn’t essential.

Father Hudson’s Care provides care and support services for older people and adults with a range of physical, sensory and learning disabilities. Our staff pride themselves on putting the dignity and wishes of our clients at the heart of all they do, to enable them to live a full and meaningful life of their choosing.

We have four adult care teams:

  • St Joseph’s Care home; a place where older people and those living with dementia find dignified and respectful care that meets their needs
  • St Catherine’s Bungalows; home to adults with a range of complex physical, sensory and learning disabilities
  • St Catherine’s Day Service; centre- and community-based activities for adults from the local community and beyond
  • Domiciliary care; support for adults to live independently in our supported living apartments and in their own homes
