Young at Heart events and services

Young at Heart clubs run in Chesterton, Hanley, Kidsgrove, Meir Heath and Talke, offering the opportunity to socialise over a hot drink or a light lunch, meet new people and take part in a range of activities to improve your health and wellbeing. The project also offers a gardening service, supporting people to live independently within their own home.

Please visit to our Young at Heart Facebook page for the latest news.
