Young at Heart events and services

/media/community-projects/library/youngatheart5.jpg

Young at Heart clubs run in Chesterton, Cross Heath, Fenton, Hanley, Kidsgrove, Meir Heath and Talke, offering the opportunity to socialise over a hot drink or a light lunch, meet new people and take part in a range of activities to improve your health and wellbeing. The project also offers a gardening service, supporting people to live independently within their own home, a home-visiting befriending service and a service run by and for men.

Please visit our Young at Heart Facebook page for the latest news.

**Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all Young at Heart social groups are currently closed. We are reviewing the situation as it develops so please check back in the future for updates. Alternatively, visit the Young at Heart Facebook page or call the office on 01782 269990.

We are continuing to offer support via telephone befriending and some online services. Please call Young at Heart for more information.

Please see the befriending service leaflet for full details.
