New Heights offers free workshops for women affected by domestic abuse

New Heights community project is offering free workshops to women who are affected by domestic abuse.

Devised by trained and experienced domestic abuse therapists, the self-development workshops are open to women over 16 living in north Birmingham or Sutton Coldfield. 

Stepping Stones to Healthier Self-Esteem

Six weeks starting Tuesday 7 November 9.30-11.30am (in Sutton Coldfield)

Exploring how abuse affects how we see ourselves and its impact on our self-esteem. The workshops are designed to develop confidence and self-esteem.

Mixed Emotions

12 weeks starting Tuesday 7 November 12.30-2.30pm (in Kingstanding)

Self-development workshops for women who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse.

To explore the emotional impact of abuse, helping to understand and manage emotions, developing inner resources and coping strategies, building on hope and looking to the future.
