Essential items needed to help vulnerable women

Fatima House

Fatima House is a new project opening in Birmingham, providing shelter to female asylum seekers who are vulnerable and destitute for a period of up to six months.

A partnership between Father Hudson's, the Columban Missionaries, the Archdiocese of Birmingham, Caritas AOB and a local parish, it offers sanctuary to women without recourse to public funds who are in great need.

Staff and volunteers ensure the women's basic needs are met, while partner agencies support them to move their lives forward.

Fatima House is asking for donations of essential items including non-perishable food, toiletries, household essentials and bedding to ensure that they can provide this support.
