The latest News from the Society
The Society continues to work with others to bring forward a plan for the redevelopment of the site and an improvement to the Coventry Road frontage.
A public consultation was held in November 2012. Analysis of the responses received showed that residents of Coleshill were in favour of the plans.
A Planning Application was made to NWBC in April 2013.
IN brief the application is for Retirement apartments to be built by McCarthy and Stone, Open market and affordable housing to be built by Bellway plc, apartments for adults with a learning disability to be owned by Father Hudson’s Society, and new offices for the Society.
The full application may be found on the NWBC website.
