Located in Coleshill, St Catherine’s Day Service is a busy and lively place, providing a variety of community- and centre-based activities to people with complex care needs.
We welcome service users from the neighbouring areas and from further afield and can offer support five days a week or on a part time basis if preferred.
The support staff are well trained, enthusiastic and are dedicated to providing interesting, stimulating opportunities and activities, which include:
Activities in the community include:
We aim to offer opportunities to people who are, or may be at risk of becoming, socially isolated, and to offer activities that service users may not have the chance to try at home. The day service can also provide valuable respite, allowing families to find time for their own work or leisure pursuits.
We work closely with other specialist providers who support service users with physiotherapy, speech and language, diet and aromatherapy, amongst other things.
We are currently raising funds to refurbish St Catherine’s Day Service to improve the facilities for service users. A brochure detailing the needs and how you can help is available for download on our resources page.
